The Finetable Slab Forming System is a integrated formwork and shoring solution specially developed by Wenma Engineers for concrete slab construction. The system features easy installation and dismantling, flexible repositioning, and efficient adjustment, effectively helping projects achieve an optimal balance between cost control and construction efficiency.

When site conditions and regulations permit, large table forms can cover a wider slab area in a single operation, significantly improving construction efficiency and accelerating project turnaround.​ From flying table forms and strip-and-erect systems to traditional formwork methods, the Finetable Slab Forming System has been widely used in numerous landmark projects across China, including data centers, large-scale industrial plants, logistics hubs, commercial complexes, airports, and high-speed rail stations. Finetable Perforated Beam Slab Form:

The Buster Perforated Beam is an innovative product independently developed by Wenma engineers based on our deep understanding of construction technology and manufacturing processes. It functions as both a horizontal formwork joist beam and a vertical formwork secondary beam, and integrates seamlessly into various Wenma formwork systems—enhancing performance across multiple setups with a single component. Centered on the Buster Perforated Beam as its core component, the Finetable Perforated Beam Slab Form introduces a range of new and superior performance features to slab formwork applications.

Made from high-strength steel, it achieves greater load capacity with less material. The surface undergoes a dual-protection treatment of “hot-dip galvanizing + painted coating” , forming a composite protective layer. Even under prolonged exposure to humid environments, it maintains excellent corrosion resistance, with a service life significantly exceeding that of traditional timber beams. It not only overcomes key drawbacks of conventional H20 Timber Beams—such as moisture susceptibility, fragility, short lifespan, and instability due to on-site cutting—but also maintains familiar construction methods, enabling workers to operate efficiently with minimal learning time.

The system’s core load-bearing main beam (Aluminum Beam H165) is meticulously engineered to be fully compatible with the widely used H20 Timber Beams on the market. This allows for easy configuration into the Finetable H20 Timber Beam Slab Form.

This design allows users to seamlessly integrate their existing, serviceable timber beams directly into this high-efficiency forming system, eliminating the need for costly replacement. It maximizes the value of clients’ current inventory and assets, significantly reducing the initial material investment required to upgrade to a fully steel and aluminum-based, high-productivity table form system.
