Finebridge Forming System

Intelligent Forming, Adapts to Your Build

Finebridge Forming System

The challenges in bridge construction vary greatly—factors such as span, construction sequence, complex terrain, and surrounding environment all directly influence the selection of formwork and shoring solutions.

The Finebridge Forming System deeply understands these demands. Building upon the proven Fineshore M60 Shoring System, it employs ingenious modular integration. With the addition of only a few specialized components, it can precisely adapt to diverse cast-in-place scenarios. It is not merely a tool but an integrated strategic choice that ensures efficient project progress, controlled costs, and safe construction.

Addressing the complex challenges of bridge construction requires intelligent and flexible formwork solutions, we are committed to leveraging this system to help projects achieve safe, efficient, and precise construction, delivering exceptional engineering quality and cost control.

Finebrige Perforated Beam Forming System
One Beam, Two Roles, Multiple Systems

The Buster Perforated Beam is an innovative product independently developed by Wenma engineers based on our deep understanding of construction technology and manufacturing processes. It functions as both a horizontal formwork joist beam and a vertical formwork secondary beam, and integrates seamlessly into various Wenma formwork systems—enhancing performance across multiple setups with a single component. Centered on the Buster Perforated Beam, the Finebrige Perforated Beam Forming System builds upon the core strengths of the H20 timber beam system while incorporating entirely new, superior performance characteristics, representing a comprehensive evolution of the system.

Made from high-strength steel, it achieves greater load capacity with less material. The surface undergoes a dual-protection treatment of “hot-dip galvanizing + painted coating” , forming a composite protective layer. Even under prolonged exposure to humid environments, it maintains excellent corrosion resistance, with a service life significantly exceeding that of traditional timber beams. It not only overcomes key drawbacks of conventional H20 Timber Beams—such as moisture susceptibility, fragility, short lifespan, and instability due to on-site cutting—but also maintains familiar construction methods, enabling workers to operate efficiently with minimal learning time.

Forged in China’s Landmarks, Supporting Global Infrastructure

Proven on Landmarks, Ready for Your Project.

In recent years, the system has followed the Belt and Road Initiative to go global, providing reliable support for major infrastructure projects worldwide. It is particularly well-suited for bridge and viaduct scenarios involving high structures and heavy loads, such as tall formwork applications, achieving an outstanding balance between safety, efficiency, and economy.
